Working in a respectful family

We are family of three, parents and a 10-year-old girl. We are hiring a domestic helper to do the following jobs for us:
- Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of our house, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and organizing rooms
- Doing laundry
- Ironing clothes
- prepare meals
- shopping for groceries and supplies

Beside the above basic work, main job of our helper is taking care of our daughter such as sending her to learning classes and prepare meals for her. Our helper will have to share room with our daughter.
