Looking for a helper who loves kids (especially girls)

Hi there, my name is Grace. I’m currently looking for a helper who is caring and has patience with kids, I have two twins girls who are 7.5 years of age. They love playing with the helper and treat them like a friend. 
daily routine includes dropping off the girls at school, house cleaning, cooking, taking the girls to different classes.

i give my helper lots of flexibility as long as we have the respect and trust with each other.
