A good helper for a happy family

There were 3 of us (2 adults ➕ 8 year old boy, no second child coming). I usually don't have to go to work and my nanny doesn't have to take the kids to school in the morning. The nanny only picks up the children from school three days a week. I have a miniature dog. You need to take the puppy for a walk for about half an hour every day and wash the car every Monday. The house area is about 800 square meters (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ➕worker’s room). Responsible for cleaning the house every day. (I have a sweeping robot at home, so I don’t have to vacuum and mop the floor every day. I also have a window cleaning robot.) I need a helper. The helper has a small independent room where he can rest on Sundays. We go back to China every Saturday after breakfast and come back on Sunday afternoon. The assistant basically worked five days a week, but on holidays I would be asked to come back at 6:30pm and do the dishes part time. I want to hire an assistant who is careful, gentle, kind, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, and doesn't have tattoos.
