I am Dayane, 35 years old, and from Brazil. I have over 2 years of experience in childcare, including a transformative role as an Au Pair in the USA from 2011 to 2013, where I provided care for children aged 4 and 7, including twins. This experience taught me the importance of creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters a child's growth and development. I excel in organizing daily routines, managing schedules, and developing creative activities that engage children’s interests while ensuring their safety and well-being. 

In addition to my childcare experience, I have worked in customer service and administrative roles in the UAE for 2 years, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills. My ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds has enriched my interactions with children and families alike. I am fluent in Portuguese and English, with basic proficiency in Spanish, which allows me to build rapport with families and understand their unique needs. I am looking for an employer. Thank you.
