Nida

Good day Ma'am and Sir. My name is Nida, and I live in the Philippines. I am 53 years old, still strong and healthy, and I can still work very hard. I am a widow and a mother of one child. My daughter is 15 years old and is currently in Grade 11.

During my working experience in two different countries, I faced many challenges. However, for me, the nature of the work was not as important as being able to earn money for my child and my mother. As a Domestic Helper, I took on various responsibilities such as housekeeping, cooking, gardening, car washing, tutoring children, and doing the marketing.

Working as a Domestic Helper has helped me develop my personality. I have learned how to cook both Chinese and Western foods.

I hope that I can still qualify for a job in Hong Kong, despite being 53 years old. I promise my future employer that I will work hard and treat their family as my own. Although I don't speak much Cantonese, I do understand it.
