Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. As per work experience, I was once an IT specialist in our church, where I handled IT-related work such as graphic designing, making videos, and office presentations. I also worked as a customer service representative in the BPO industry, handling general inquiries, technical support, refund transactions, and billing. In the year 2021, I decided to apply as a domestic helper in Hong Kong, wherein I learned so many things, particularly how to handle children (childcare). I did work in an amazing family for 2 1/2 years. Apparently, circumstance happened which made me decide to come back to the Philippines last May,2024. It was a family matter, and I was so blessed that I had very understanding and loving employers. Regarding my personality, I could say that I am not really talkative, but I always make sure to speak when necessary. I adore kids so much, and I always put 100% love and care into every baby I look after, too. I have to be honest; I am not a good cook, but I always make sure to put my best effort into everything I do. When it comes to honesty and integrity, you can always count on me.
