Hello, my name is Karen. I am 30 years old and currently living in the Philippines. I am married and have one daughter. I worked for four years in Hong Kong with a Chinese family. This experience was challenging but incredibly rewarding. I learned a significant amount from that family, including how to manage my time effectively and handle my patience and emotions, especially when the two children were being a bit mischievous. I also gained skills in encouraging them to eat and study when they were reluctant. I truly cherished my time with that family and enjoyed working with them. I decided to return to the Philippines to be with my family, but I have come to realize that managing our finances here is difficult; our income does not align well with our expenses.
