My name is Jamela, and I am a 37-year-old single mother of two children, ages 16 and 9. I have worked for a total of 4 years as a full-time housemaid here in the Philippines. My responsibilities have included household chores such as washing clothes, ironing, cleaning the house, cooking, and tutoring the children. I also have experience caring for newborns, including soothing them when they cry, changing their diapers, feeding them, and bathing them.
