Hello, Ma'am/Sir, my name is Genaliza, and I am a 37-year-old high school graduate and a single mother of three children: two boys and one girl. My eldest is 16 years old, my second son is 11, and my daughter is 10. I have six years of experience working for a Chinese family in Taihang, where I cared for four family members, including a couple, one elderly person, and a 2-year-old child. My responsibilities included taking the child to school and assisting with both indoor and outdoor activities. I was also in charge of household tasks such as cleaning, washing, cooking, and marketing.

From May 2023 to December 2023, I took care of an elderly couple, with the woman being disabled. I provided daily care and support to ensure their comfort and well-being, and I continued to manage household chores, including cleaning, cooking, washing, and shopping.
