My name is Lory, and I am a 38-year-old Filipino. I have spent a total of ten years working in the Middle East, from 2009 to 2019. My journey began in Qatar, where I worked for a large family with seven children from 2009 to 2012. Among them, the two eldest sons were married and lived with their parents. From 2013 to 2019, I continued my career in Lebanon, again with a family that had three children. When I first joined them, they had just one child, a six-month-old daughter. During my two-year contract, my employer became pregnant with another child, giving me the opportunity to care for a newborn as well. I consider myself fortunate to have had wonderful experiences with both of my previous employers. Currently, I am in Hong Kong, where I have been working for my third employer for the past two years. I am extremely grateful to them for their kindness. I will be completing my contract on February 21, 2025.
