I'm Joan, 40 years old and a mother of 2. I've been working as a domestic helper for almost 9 years, with 2 years and 11 months in Kuwait, 2 years and 3 months in Dubai, and 3 years and 2 months here in Hong Kong. I'm currently working for a westernized family here in Hong Kong, and my contract is about to finish on February 3, 2025. The family consists of 2 adults, 2 elderly, and 2 kids (2 and 5 years old), and I work alongside another Filipina. My responsibilities include cleaning the house, taking care of the kids by reading them story books, feeding them, and picking them up from school. I also handle cooking various cuisines, as my employer is flexible with their food preferences. I can follow recipes and I'm eager to learn more about cooking different cuisines. Sometimes I also do baking, such as making bread and muffins, and I even do car washing occasionally. I consider myself to be honest, loyal, flexible, reliable, kind-hearted, and patient. Thank you.
