Break contract - First timer - looking for kind hearted and responsible employer who ganna treat me right and as person.

My issue is they give my salary like installment for 3 months, my employer always excuse is they are busy. They didn't pay may reimbursement I used for transpo to drop and pick up their kid, They didn't pay may holiday pay for 3 months.

I am kind and understanding, responsible and good at talking care of kids 2-6 years old I love helping them in their Homeworks and Dogs becauseI have fur babies. I am not expert at cooking but I am willing to learn because I love cooking. 

I don't need high salary because I am just a first timer nad break contract just treat me like a person is enough
