Jeanifer

Hello! My name is Jeanifer, and I am a 33-year-old Filipino.

I have been working in Hong Kong for nearly nine years. My first employer was a couple for whom I took care of their child. Unfortunately, I had to terminate my contract due to personal reasons. During my time with them, I managed various responsibilities, including childcare, supervising school activities, household chores, cooking, marketing, and tutoring.

For my second employer, I worked for three years. They moved overseas to support their son's education, which left me to manage the household and care for their teenager during the mother’s business trips. My role included marketing, household chores, and occasionally assisting with office work for his mother.

Currently, I have been with my present employer for nearly a year. I care for two children—a three-year-old boy and an eight-year-old girl. My responsibilities include supporting them in their school activities and playdates, handling household chores, managing marketing tasks, and tutoring. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, my employers are unable to continue my employment, and they need to release me early. My last working day is on November 13, 2024, and I'm looking for a new employer.
