Hello, my name is Heidi. I am 43 years old and have been working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong for a family of four for 8 years and 10 months with my current employer.

The family consists of a husband, a wife, and twin boys. I began working for them when the boys were just 4 years old, and I continue to care for them today. My duties include cleaning, washing, cooking, and primarily taking care of the twins. Unfortunately, my employer will relocate out of Hong Kong, and I was released on October 31, 2024.
