Hello, potential employer. My name is Charlene, and I am 35 years old. I have extensive experience in childcare, particularly with newborns. I started working as a babysitter when I was 17 years old in the Philippines. I have worked for a Filipino Chinese employer, taking care of two toddlers, and also for a Filipino American employer, looking after a newborn for over 2 years. I then worked in Kuwait for more than 2 years, where I cared for a baby, cooked, did laundry, car-washed, and cleaned the house. Currently, in Hong Kong, I have been taking care of a newborn (whom I started caring for when he was 9 days old) and a 7-year-old child.
