Good day, Sir/Madam. My name is Aiza. I am 35 years old and a single parent to two children: a 13-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl. I have been working in Hong Kong for 5 years and 3 months. My primary responsibilities include caring for children aged 4 to 8, teenagers and young adults aged 14 to 22, and elderly individuals aged 75 to 80.
