Small family looking for a kind & caring Maid / Nanny

We are a small family camprising of 2 adults and 1 daughter (7 years old). We currently live in Dubai (UAE) in a 2 bedroom apartment with a separate maid's room (plus private bathroom). Our requirements are someone who is honest and trustworthy, even when we are not around, especially when left alone with our daughter or at home. We have had 2 maids so far - both from Indonesia (1st worked for 3 years, and 2nd is almost finishing 4 years). Our current maid is leaving on 10th November 2023 due to her contract ending. Our house is a fun and relaxed place. We love listening to music and maintain a happy & peaceful home. We don't want to have any drama or problems, but rather someone to be part of the family, open / honest about any issues faced, be able to listen and learn, follow the few simple rules of the house, and enjoy themselves as much as possible with us and our daughter. We would prefer to continue with Indonesian helpers, but open to other nationalities ONLY if they fit the above profile and if they are willing to work within our mentioned starting salary range.
