Looking for part time help now then full time in July

Abu Dhabi (Yas Island) - Hi Im moving to Abu Dhabi mid March with a dog and I need a part time dog walker, cook, and help with groceries for a serviced apartment in Yas Island for which I will pay an hourly fee. I want someone who will be able to take the dog for long early morning walks and they will have to be  somewhat athletic as this dog is quite lazy and will resist until he gets to know you. Additionally Id like this person to dog sit for me (you can stay in my serviced apartment while Im away) when I need to fly back to the UK to see my family for long weekends. This is ONLY part time work to begin with as I will want to check to see if you are independent, trustworthy and kind.

Ill be living alone with one of my dogs until my wife, and 2 kids (16 year old, 18 month old) arrives in Aug when I will then need a full time helper to work Mon - Fri 6AM - 5PM to help with my 18 month old, cooking, cleaning, etc. I will be able to provide a full contract after several months of part time work but I will not be able to provide this before July so please dont ask about helping you with a contract prior to July. We will only expect 40 hours a week with Saturday and Sunday off but we will pay a regular monthly rate.

Its unclear whether you will live in but we'd prefer you to live out.

Im American (I have lived in Hong Kong for 7 years) and my wife is from Hong Kong. The applicant we will hire must have outstanding child care (kind, patient, reliable) is the top requirement and any applicants that can speak and cook Cantonese is a plus.
