Family of 2 with a newborn is looking for a live out maid

Hello. We are a family of 2 with a newborn coming in November, looking for a maid, no nanny skills required.

About us: we are kind and known to treat our help well. You will be a part of our family.

Location: the Palm.

Responsibilities:

We need someone to take care of our home and do the daily chores like cleaning, dusting, washing, ironing, helping on the kitchen (to wash and cut vegetables), go to the grocerries dowstairs (same building). We are not expecting you to help with the child, other than carefully  wash and clean clothes and children's room with a separate non-toxic chemicals. Cooking is not required, but helping with cooking will be needed. 
We need someone who is willing to learn to do chores the way we will ask to. 

We have no pets, but in future we are planning to have a cat (maybe in a year). 

Your workload will be simple, you will have a time for a meal breaks wothout a rush during the day.

Important note: live out only. Currently we cannot provide the accommodation, so this is non-negotiable. Working hours can be agreed for your convenience. 

Day off: flexible, on your choice. 
Bonus: annual financial bonus is expected upon results.
