Taiwanese family looking for helpers

Looking for a steady hand for my aging parents, especially my mother who is the main caregiver who supports my father. We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual to do chores, cooking, groceries and elder care; someone who can be alert to needs and provide support where needed. This person should be attentive, dependable and dedicated, and above all honest and caring.
