Need a passionate childcare helper (except Hong Kong or Singapore)

We are a family of 4 looking for a nanny with a passion for cooking and parenting for 3 year old twin baby girls who are attending full time school.

Ideal candidates should:

• Cheerful, caring, easy to bond with young children, lots of ideas to keep them engaged and communicate effectively with children. We want to emphasize encouraging our girls to be self-reliant and to carry out their own daily activities independently.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, patience and a positive attitude are also important.
• Ability to prioritize and organize daily schedule. Learn how to manage their healthy diet, routines and activities.
  
• An experienced driver with a license is preferred.
• Childcare experience working for the same employer in Hong Kong or Singapore for more than 3 years is a big plus. Reference forms from previous employers are essential, and verbal references are preferable.
• Know how to cook Western food, and those who can cook according to recipes are preferred. (We grew up in England)
