Western/Singapore family looking for elderly caregiver

We are family of 5 including myself and my wife along with 2 kids plus my elderly father.  

We already have 1 helper who is responsible for housekeeping cooking and cleaning.

We are looking for a caregiver who will be in charge of taking care of my elderly father.  He had a stroke about 6 years ago and is now bedridden.  The new caregiver must cook and clean for him and take care of all of the hygiene things like showering him and changing diapers.  There is a daily routine of giving medicine, feeding, and therapy exercises.  Further the caregiver would be required to take periodical visits to the hospital.  In addition, the caregiver will be required to assist our helper with small things around the house while my father is sleeping.

My father is 80kg and can barely stand up by himself so need somebody strong who can transfer him between the bed and wheelchair.  The caregiver must also speak english clearly so that my father can understand her.  Lastly, the caregiver will be sharing a room with my father.

salary is negotiable depending on experience but we can only offer 2 sundays off a month.  We need to meet the helper in person first so can’t accept anybody overseas.
