Western father of three looking for helper

Kids aged 5, 7 and 8.  Father divorced.  Children will spend alternate weeks.  I need a helper who can learn quickly and can work independently.  I will provide a full schedule of needs.  The children don't eat meat - only fish and vegetables.  Need someone who can cook well, someone who can be firm with the children and keep them disciplined, but also loving and fun for them. Good English is important - good communication skills.
