Western family looking for helper

We are a western family looking for a helper. We have 4 kids, 13 year old boy, 11 year old girl and twin 5 year old girls. Duties include looking after the twins, dropping off at school, keeping the apartment clean and tidy, cooking, arranging play dates and walking the dog.
