Western family looking for Helper for baby and childcare

We are looking for an honest and caring helper for our family. We have a 1 month old baby and a 3.5 year old child. The helper responsibilities include: 

• Looking after baby - MUST have experience looking after babies, including changing diapers, feeding, bathing, baby safety etc. 
• Getting 3.5 year old child ready for school,  and dropping and picking up from bus stop, playing and doing activities etc. 
• Cooking for the family
• Housekeeping and laundry 
• Grocery shopping and marketing

Helper MUST HAVE:

• prior experience taking care of babies - DO NOT APPLY if you do not have experience with babies
• Prior experience in Singapore and recommendation/reference from prior employer 
• Good attitude, willing to learn
• Must be able to work with second helper
