Western family looking for cook + housekeeper

Cook + housekeeping for German-Brazilian family of 2 adults+ 1girl 14yo. Filipina: 25 to 40 years old. Healthy, hardworking, discrete, non-smoker. Excellent cooking and baking skills. Excellent in laundry, ironing, cleaning, car wash. Can cook beef/ pork. Works independently (2 full-time working adults). We live in a landed house. No childcare needed. Must be in Singapore. We offer: salary, food and toiletries monthly (no extra cash provided), all Sundays and PHs off, 2 weeks holiday/ year, private bedroom with AC and toilet, respectful environment.
