USA family looking for second helper

We are an American family with a seven year old girl, a four year old boy, and a one month old baby girl. No pets. We both work full time. We have a wonderful Indonesian helper who watches our two older kids but are looking for a second helper to look after our baby and help with some of the daily household tasks. Candidate must love babies, and must be willing to work during nights to care for the baby.   We offer one day off a week and public holidays.  Candidate must be flexible with off days.  We don't want both helpers to be off on the same day, so you may have to agree to take a different day off (Friday or Saturday or whatever you prefer), or agree to take every other Sunday off.  We are also looking for someone who would be open to taking an alternative day off for public holidays.   We have separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and helpers won't share a room with each other. We care very much about the happiness and comfort of anyone who works for us.
