Job with 3 kids family

We are a Australia/French family of two parents and three children aged 3,5 and 8, in Singapore, we are both working parents and need someone to manage drop off and pick up of our children from school (our 5 and 8 year olds) and daycare (only half day for our 3 year old) and do the cleaning, washing, ironing and cooking (for the children) and caring for the children after school and 2-3 nights per week.nbsp;We will only consider applications with references from previous employers and we MUST be able to speak with a prior employer to provide a reference. nbsp;We will not consider any candidate whose prior employer we cannot speak with so please do not apply. We will only consider candidates that are physically already in Singapore.nbsp;We expect the person to be motivated, independent and to think ahead (not simply wait for us to give instructions), to care about the children's safety and to play with the children (not just supervise them). nbsp;The person must ride a bicycle to take the children to school and back. nbsp;We want someone to join our family who cares and becomes a part of our family, we have had 4 helpers in the past, two who are still our good friends and two who did not suit the culture of our family, we will be very careful to choose someone who meets our criterion so if you are not an enthusiastic and motivated person who is able to think independently please do not apply. nbsp;The person must be prepared to travel with us on vacations within Asia.
