Taiwanese family looking for a lovely helper

Hello, we're Taiwanese family of 3, our daughter is 2.5 years old in school full day. We're expecting a newborn in mid Oct.

We're looking for someone below 40 years old with bright nature, lovely, and has her own magic with kids. If you're still very active in your 40s, we're also welcomed. We love good food, so would appreciate you can cook or willing to learn. Both parents are working, so we need you to work independently without supervision.

We're looking for someone on a long term basis, so please ensure you really love kids and are good(or love) in cooking before you apply.

We're a warm family that respect each other, we want our kid to be independent, so you're big sister to them not servant. 
 

Considering newborn is coming and we both know first year is tough, we'll compensate your PH and chat with you whether you're willing to give us 1-2 Sundays with compensation. 2nd year onward we're open to discuss to accommodate your need. 

Spacious private wifi room with ceiling fan in a healthy and joyful environment is provided. 
 

We care your well-being, so be open and speak up! We provide full flexibility and we only focus on outcomes. (Our previous helper wake up around 7am, rest around 8:30pm, no curphew, and go out for walk every night + afternoon nap since kid's in school)

A reference call with your prior employer will be a huge plus.
