Seeking Reliable Helper who is a Good Cook and Housekeeper

We are a local Chinese family (Catholic + Buddhist) with 2 adults and a 2 y.o. boy, looking for an experienced helper mainly to manage the cooking, marketing, and housework in our apartment flat.

We are seeking someone willing to work at least 4 years with us, and hopefully, longer.

JOBSCOPE

Cooking: We want a good, experienced cook who is able to independently plan and execute balanced meals for the family throughout the week. We eat a variety of asian cuisines, alongside a couple of western-style meals, weekly. Prefer someone who enjoys pork as we have it often.

Marketing/Groceries: You need to keep track of and handle the marketing/shopping for food items. We will help with or get delivery for larger/heavier household groceries with your help in noting what needs to be replenished.

House Chores: We need a hygienic and a tidy worker. We prefer organising the home ourselves, but will need your help with daily upkeep (vacuuming, mopping, dusting) and laundry, as well as rotational cleaning of larger items such as fans, blinds and curtains, sofa, etc. Being great with the laundry and ironing is a big plus.

Childcare: We are the primary caregivers and very hands-on with our kid, but require your secondary support and understanding. It is necessary that you are comfortable with, and kind to children.

TERMS

Offdays: We are happy to give you all Sundays off and can discuss select PHs.

Salary: To be discussed (depending on offdays, experience, etc.)

Lodging: You will use our spare room (some tidy storage use)

Schedule: Would prefer if you are able to work independently to complete necessary tasks in good time.

Your day will begin at 7:30 a.m. (we are generally up and about after 8 a.m.) and preferably end by 8:30 to latest 9:30pm (light duties in evening). Would appreciate understanding and some help afterhours on occasion, when kid is sick, etc.
