Singaporean family with toddler girl looking for helper

We are a Singaporean Chinese family with an adorable 2.5 year old daughter. We also have a most gentle and meek British Shorthair cat who is constantly terrorised by our daughter. We are looking for a helper who will be a positive influence to our daughter, who loves to spend time with children and have her methods techniques to help them grow. We are also looking for someone who is able to learn and is communicative and has integrity.
