Singaporean family with 3 kids looking for long term helper!

I'm Phay Key. We are a family of 5 - 7 year old son, 5 year old son and a newborn 3 months old. We have a dog at home too. My mother comes over to my house and helps to take care of the newborn. On top of English, Helper must be able to speak Bahasa /mandarin or be willing to learn so can communicate with my mother. Responsibilities: General housework (cleaning, groceries, etc.). Will teach and must be receptive to feedback or our way of cleaning. Help with showering and sometimes playing with the 5 and 7 years old Cooking (my mother will be cooking most of the dinner on weekdays. Preferably able to cook basic meals for kids (will teach). Good to have multi-cuisine, with a focus on Asian and Western dishes) Take care of dog - shower, walk What We’re Looking For: - Honest and trustworthy - Pleasant, polite and respectful (receptive to feedback especially to my mother who helps me out at my house alot) - Active and have energy to play with our boys, passionate about caring and MUST love children (very important to us) eg, playground, badminton - Excellent cleaning skills as we have a newborn and organising skills as we like things neat - Good English communication skills - preferably some Chinese Experience working with families with young children - Not afraid of dogs and can take care - References from previous employers - We live in a 5 room hdb flat. - Sleeping arrangement - in our playroom OR my mother house nearby (one room on your own) - every week off (can be discussed) We are looking for helper who are more committed and can do longer contract more than 2-3 years.
