Singaporean family of 4 looking for help

We are a Singaporean-Hong Kong family of 4 with 2 adults and a pair of 10-month old babies. We take care of our twins ourselves. We live in a 3-bedroom condominium in Holland area. 

We are looking for a responsible and diligent helper with at least 6 years of experience in Singapore. We require help to keep our home clean with daily household chores, cleaning, groceries, marketing and help look after the babies while we have our meals - such as: 

1) mopping and vacuuming of the apartment 

2) cleaning of toilets and kitchen 

3) washing of dishes and utensils 

4) laundry with washing machine 

5) changing of bed sheets 

6) prepare water for babies' baths 

7) empty rubbish bins 

8) play and look after the babies while we have our meals / when needed

9) cleaning of babies' play pan and toys 

10) bi weekly washing of car 

11) assist in groceries or marketing when needed - but usually we order online. 

You will have your own room. You will use the common bathroom which is used mainly by you, as my family uses our own master bathroom.

Please help take note that there will be 3 Sundays off per month. Monthly salary between $700-850. This salary includes the 3 off days per month. The salary will depend on years of experience and if there is any reference letters from previous or current employers in Singapore.
