Small Singaporean family looking for helper

Hello!

I'm looking for a helper whose main role is to make sure the house is clean and to take care of my 7 year old daughter.

The household will consist of myself, my dad and my daughter. 

It will be a mid-sized landed house with good accessibility to transport.

Secondary roles includes,

1. Taking care of simple plants 
2. Washing my car
3. Simple tutoring of daughter's homework

You must be able to do basic cooking or be able to follow recipes.

Apart from off-days, if you need to go somewhere when my daughter is in school, you are free to go as long as there are no important pending chores. 

Phone use is allowed but in a disciplined manner.

You must be responsible and be able to work without supervision.
