Singaporean Chinese family with infant looking for helper

Our Background:

We are Singaporean Chinese family of 2 adult and 1 infant.  We live in a 3 rooms condominium.  No pet at present.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Household chores – general cleaning, cleaning dishes (by hand or dish washer), laundry/ironing, support sir in gardening, car washing (only if needed).  House need to be tidy and clean at all time
• Able to cook and follow recipe – simple and healthy cooking preferred
• Manage food and other essential supplies at home to ensure continuous supply for consumption
• Must be able to take care of baby when needed, including night feed.  Eventually will help in preparing and fetching baby to and from Infant Care/Day Care centre

Our requirements:

• Able to speak and understand English
• Clean (both personal and food hygienic)
• Joyful attitude, honest and hardworking
• Dedicated, patience and gentle to kid(s)
• A good communicator - communicate well on needs, issues and challenges.  Not afraid to ask when don’t know or not sure
• Open to be re-trained or learn new way style/way of working
• Minimal usage of handphone and strictly no handphone during the day, i.e., working hours
• Must be able to work with and/or support a full time live-out nanny
• Able to work independent with minimum supervision
• Non-smoker
• Preferably married with kid(s)

Note: 

• Past employer(s) references are required
• Prefer someone who has completed contracts 

Offers:

• Start date: ASAP
• Depending on experience or by the Singapore Law
• No room sharing - Own small room and bathroom
• 2 Sunday off to begin with and can discussed after 6 months. If there's urgent/emergency at home which require support and will be compensated according to daily wage
• Birthday and your religious holiday off
• Adequate rest time during the day
• Access to Wi-Fi and phone use after work hours
• Year end bonus subject to performance
