Singaporean Family (2 Adults + 2 Children)

We are a Singaporean Chinese Family of 4 -> Couple, 3-year old and 8-month old girls. We're looking for someone experienced to join our family. You must have experience with managing a household with kids. We are looking for help with: 1) Baby care - Taking care of 8-month old baby until she goes to childcare next year. Both of us are working full time, and our 3-year old goes to childcare on weekdays. During the daytime, grandma will be around to help care for the baby when you do the housework or go grocery shopping. You will be required to assist her with baby where needed. 2) Cooking - would prefer someone who can cook well, meal plan and able to follow recipes independently. 7-month old has just started solids so experience there is a plus. 3) General Household Chores - All day-to-day cleaning, laundry and marketing. Would love someone who likes to organise the house, has an eye for detail. We will need your partnership to manage the kids before/after school, eg. showering, meal times, prepping for bed etc. At times when we are out, or when kids are sick and unable to attend childcare, we will need your help to take care of them. Thus, someone who loves kids and understands their needs especially during toddler period is needed. I will only contact shortlisted candidates for a telephone call and then a face-to-face meet-up. We are offering: - Sundays off - Public Holiday off for your religion - Own room (but will have kids things stored in the room which will be accessed by us during the day, privacy will be given at night) Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is honest, have a good working attitude, and can communicate well in English.
