Singaporean-Chinese family looking for a Filipino helper

We are a Singaporean-Chinese family of 4. My husband and I have one 3 year old son and a 11 month baby girl. Both of us work full time. We are looking for someone who is keen and good with children (playing with them and caring for them, including bathing, feeding, putting to sleep). The children are our priority but the candidate must be able to juggle these child minding responsibilities with the household chores when available (including laundry and cleaning). The candidate will only need to cook for the children. We are currently living in an apartment but may move to a 2 storey house next year. We would like someone who will be willing to take 2 Sundays off per month.
