Seeking for Exp & Clean helper for family of 3 (with 1 baby)

We are a happy & friendly family of 3. 2 adults and 1 baby (10 months old). We are looking for a helper with at least 5-8 years of experience in housekeeping and taking care of baby. Looking for good recommendations for candidates that have good standard of hygiene as our family members have allergic rhinitis, hence we require good cleaning of dusts. Priority is also to help with household chore and care of baby when we are at work. However, one of us has flexible work schedule, hence, maintaining home and cooking would be the main focus.
