Seek Filipino helper good in housekeeping n with children

Main requirements:

1) can communicate well in English,

2) experience in housekeeping n like cooking,

3) has a good work history (past employment last more than 2 years),

4) like to work with 10, 12 teens

Other info:
- 3 room condo (walking distance to mrt)
- family of 4 consist of myself, my husband, 2 kids (10& 12yrs old), no pets 
- helper will have her own room to sleep, but the same room will be used for studying/working during day time
