North Indian family with 2 kids - 10 months and 3 years

Hello there!

We are looking for a helper as our current helper is going back home after 2.5 years of service. We are a full time working couple with 2 kids of 3 years and 10 months old. both kids go to full day care.

Main responsibilities of helper will be:

• Dropping and picking up kids from school
• Bathing, getting them ready for school, feeding them, playing with them and keeping them meaningfully engaged
• General Housekeeping
• Cooking

I am looking for someone who is a pleasant person, has experience managing 2 kids, believes in communicating to solve issues and is independent in figuring out things. Both me and my husband are working full time so for us our helper is like a family member who we want to be able to leave our kids with.
