Mixed race family looking for a helper

We are a mixed race (UK/Chinese) family of 4 + 1 puppy, looking for a new helper to join early Oct. We have 2 boys age 6&8, both parents work full time. Condo living, 4 BD. 

*Being able to speak to your current / past employer for reference is a MUST.  Please only apply if that's doable.

- High standard of cleanliness, able to keep the house tidy and clean

Job Scope:

- General house maintenance: Cleaning, tidying, vacuuming, laundry..etc. 

- General Child care: Prep for breakfast, lunch box, after school activities logistics. Able to help arrange/ coordinate playdates. 

- Dog walking 

- Cooking: Able to cook both asian and western dish. Able to follow recipe, help on party hosting occasionally

- Gardening: water plants ( if needed) 

Our offer:

- All Sunday Off + Religion Holidays (as a start) 

- $800-$900 per month depending on experience, 13 month bonus 

- Flight home every end of 2 years contract
