Mix Singaporean and french family looking for helper

Hello there we are a family of 3 adults and 3 grown up teenagers (french -sgrean) mix . (An elderly father healthy and mobile. 3 kids age 18/17/14. )

Looking for a reliable, independent lived in helper. 

You must be able to manage a landed property dividing your own time wisely to 
1) manage day to day cleaning of the house laundry, ironing
2) planned out weekly meals and cook for an elderly (my dad - he is healthy and mobile just needing to ensure his meals are taken care of and accompanying him if he would like to go somewhere for walks). My dad mainly eat Chinese food 
3) planned and cook light lunches or dinner only for my teenage daughter . She mainly eat western food like pasta and enjoyed some good mee goreng and curries 
4) there is absolutely no need to cook for the other 2 teenagers and me and my husband.
5) must be able to speak English and communicate 
6) provide groceries checklist on what to buy and manage it independently 
7) periodically managed other housework such as fan cleaning, shelves organising etc whenever needed 
8) gardening and pet care are taken care of my either the elder son or me and my husband. 

In return you will get once a year 2weeks holiday back to your own country, every Sunday off. You will get rest time during the day. We are also happy to sponsor up to a certain amount for any skill studies that you may be keen at for e.g cooking and baking etc. 
Every 12mths we will evaluate your services and if you perform well we will reward you with a small cash bonus.

We are looking for a reliable bubbly individual who can manage the house independently without being told what to do at what time.Also.someone who can cook and enjoy cooking, able to help yourself to cookbooks and videos.
