Hire a helper in Singapore who transfer/contract finishing

I'm Jane, looking for a helper to help my elderly mother , who is 86 years old with dementia, lives with my 2 x brothers , one sister in law, 2 children ( 14, 11) in 5bed room HDB , no pets. My family are Chinese and adults speak English, but not great. But children speak very good English.

Helper's main duty:

look after my mum, and cook breakfast and lunch for both of you only in day time, the rest of family members , adults ( 3 ) working , and 2 children go to school, no need to cook breakfast and lunch for them. The helper will help my sister in law in the evening to prepare dinner for family.

My mum needs daily shower, she still can walk with the frame, but needs help to go toilets, Her daily life is : after breakfast, she ll go to rest or sleep on sofa or bed, and after lunch, she will go to sofa or bed to rest,

All adults and children  don't need to look after, just around house to help to do some laundry and simple cleaning around house.

The helper doesn't need to shopping food, they ll get everything (  food ) back to house . 

she will share a very big double bed room with my mum. or we can make a separate room for the helper
