Looking for Second helper

Hi, I am a Singaporean Chinese family, currently the household consist of me, my husband and an 18 months old baby girl. There will be another baby in mid next year. Currently, I have another helper who is friendly and can get along with people well. I am finding second helper who can work together with another helper in the house. Before baby come out, the job can't be splitted very clearly yet, so i can't tell exactly who take care of baby and who doing housework because all are subjected to individual performance. but everything can be change afterwards. We are a young couple family who don't stop helper from eating anything. If the helper performance exceed expectation, we do give bonus after 2 year too. We also give red packet on birthday and chinese new year. Sometimes helper go with us for family holiday as well. If you think you wanna join us as our helper, do message me.
