Looking for infant care experience

Hi, I am looking for a helper to look after my 1 year old and more specifically to feed, bathe, put her to sleep, read to her and play with her.

The candidate we are looking for must: 

• Speak good English / college degree
• Love babies
• Sleep with my baby
• Good employment record for those who are ex Sg or transfer (ie complete contract)

There are 3 people in my landed property (husband, me and baby) plus 1 other Burmese helper who does housework.
