Looking for helper with caregiving experience

I am looking for a helper, preferably Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking, to look after my bedridden dad and elderly mum. 

Care for Bedbound my dad (Male Elderly 84 years old, 170cm, 70kg, bedbound), we will arrange caregiver training. Able to move a body weight of 70kg with minimal support. If she has prior experience, it would be of good help (NGT Feeding, Trachea and Oral Sunctioning, Diaper Change, Wound Care Management, Insulin Injection, Vitals Monitoring)

Other work includes: Helping elderly mum (72 years old, able, no medical condition) with occasional groceries marketing, occasional cooking, laundry, and housework, Able to handle a dog, and Occasionally babysitting grandchildren.
