Looking for Helper to Start in December

Looking for Helper to Start in December as the current maid wants to go back. Important things to note: Must be willing to listen and learn. Must be able to speak English. A plus if you can speak Malay/tamil/hindi/malayalam. Must be neat and tidy at all times. Must be pro active and don't need constant reminders to do things. Must do all the household work like cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, moping, laundry, ironing, cleaning the toilets etc. We have a pet African grey parrot and a fish at home. You will need to take care of its feeding and cleaning. Must assist in cleaning, vacuuming and washing the car weekly. Help out in the kitchen like cutting ingredients for cooking and washing dishes etc. My kids are able to take care of themselves. So no need to take care of them. You can go to sleep at 10pm unless we have any functions etc. You can take one day off if you must and we can discuss which day is suitable. If you have any concerns, please ask.
