Looking for experienced and confident helper

We are looking for a new helper to start in October.

We are a family of 4 with 2 children, ages 16 and 11. Both parents work full time and do a fair amount of work travel. Both children are in school and are independent. They get to and from school and their activities on their own.

We are looking for a helper who will be responsible for:
1.⁠ ⁠Cooking: must have excellent cooking skills, loves to cook Asian and western food and can follow a recipe
2.⁠ ⁠Cleaning & general housework:  sweeping, moping, dusting, laundry, ironing, other general cleaning and house tasks)

You must also:
1.⁠ ⁠be currently in Singapore
2.⁠ ⁠speak and understand English with proper grammar and spelling
3.⁠ ⁠be able to work independently and be proactive without having to be told exactly what to do on an hourly or daily basis
4.⁠ ⁠have excellent attention to detail
5.⁠ ⁠have excellent time management skills 
6.⁠ ⁠be honest and trustworthy
7.⁠ ⁠have good hygiene - keep the house, including kitchen and personal area, clean and organized
