Local Chinese family looking for experienced helper

Description:

We are a family of local Chinese consisting 2 adults + 2 kids (7 & 13 years old) + 1 grandmother (staying over occasionally). We stay in a 4 room HDB in central with 2 toilets.

Ideal candidate should be detailed / organized / hygienic on general housework and occasional cooking dinner (3-4 times a week). Must work independently and be comfortable that both sir & mum are working from home. Kids will be in school during the day time.

Day starts with waking up early to prepare breakfast and get the kids moving for sir to send them to school.

Must be ok to share room with daughter and grandmother (when she stays over occasionally). 

Our house is a typical HDB 4 room flat and it is small and open - you can chat with me more if you have concerns.

Requirements:

• Filipino currently based in Singapore and prior experience (completed contracts) as a domestic helper - good to provide reference if there is any
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Honest, responsible and mature personality
• Basic salary based on experience
• 1 off day per week (flexible) and will pay accordingly if working on off day is required and agreed
• Start date is flexible but preferably soon
