Local Chinese family looking for experienced helper

Description:

We are a family of local Chinese consisting 2 adults + 2 kids (7 & 13 years old) + 1 grandmother (staying over occasionally). We stay in a 4 room HDB in central with 2 toilets. There is a pet hamster at home.

Ideal candidate should be detailed / organized / hygienic on general housework and occasional cooking dinner (3-4 times a week). Must work independently and be comfortable that both adults (sir & mum) are working from home.

Kids will be in school during the day and must be able to wake up early to prepare their breakfast and get them moving for employer to send them to school.

Must be ok to share room with daughter and grandmother in air condition. 

Requirements:

• Filipino / Indonesian currently based in Singapore and prior experience (completed contracts) as a domestic helper - good to provide reference
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Honest, responsible and mature personality
• Basic salary based on experience
• 1 off day per week (Sunday) and will pay accordingly if working on off day if required and agreed
• Start date is flexible but preferably soon
