Looking for Experience organized helper

Family of 5 (both parents working, all teenagers 13-18)

apartment 4 bed/3000 sq ft 

helper needs to be good at thorough cleaning and organizing, marketing/groceries and managing weekly petty cash, cooking daily dinner, ironing, taking 13 yr old boy for some activities, get around independently using bus/grab
